September is over already. As usual the winds have improved over the past weeks & more days on the beach have finally happened. In the coming month we will see the Tyrella leg of the IKSA kitesurf competition as well as another kitecrew barbeque.
We plan to hold a final barbeque of the year on Sunday 21 st October where everyone is invited. We urge anyone intending to be there to join the forum (if they haven't already) and make it known. We want to make sure we buy enough food for everyone. If you haven't met up with any of the kitecrew yet this is a perfect time to do so. There will be chat & advice on the day for anyone thinking of kiting for the first time.
The format will probably be the same as the last time: £5 per person or £10 per family.
There has been a continued interest in the Blokarts over September & it is possible we will see more out on our beaches in the spring. A new Blokart location was discovered this month…more on that in the future..
Anyone interested in attending the second Estonia Snowkite trip should contact James McAvoy (IR125) as there are a few places left. This is an ideal first time snowkite location as the winds are not excessive and the area is deserted. More info is available via the kitecrew forum.
For those who are unaware, there is a large area of the kitecrew forum which is only available to registered users. Make sure you are logged in when you view this area of you may miss out on some important info.
If you are not registered, why not join now?
